Volunteer needs week of 11/4-11/7
1. Chainsaw crews! We have work in every city (Henderson, Polk and Rutherford counties) we can match you with and also more urgent jobs that need to be addressed this week for those that just were able to return home.
2. Equipment! Looking for individuals with heavy equipment (skid steers, mini excavators etc) that can assist in clearing creeks that are already flooding again, repairing driveways so people can access their homes again and moving large debris.
Please share and message directly if you are able to assist this week! Needs and projects for this weekend will be posted later in the week! None of this work would be possible without this community, thank you for showing up for WNC these past 4 weeks and let’s help some more people #WNCStrong #828helenerelief
