NC – Relief, NC – Need large frame excavators

This is a super urgent request and I hope it will reach the right people.

There is a huge need for large frame excavators in Relief, NC. There is a large debris pile that needs to be sifted through by the SAR teams to try to locate the remaining missing people from this community and surrounding communities. Could also benefit from people with chainsaws and chainsaw experience. But this needs to be paired with efforts from the excavators (so there isn’t a need for 150 chainsaw operators and no excavators). In short, the pile needs to be sifted through and relocated to other parts of the island that have been searched already with no confirmed hits from cadaver dogs.

This is a big project. The debris pile is every bit 30-40′ high in some areas and probably 200′ long. You MUST be an experienced operator with the right equipment. Please do not come if you are not experienced or don’t have a large frame excavator. You will not be helpful and will slow the operation down. I cannot stress that enough.
