UPDATE: I called and spoke with the Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts Asheville front desk about this more: 1) They are offering free rooms to those with FEMA vouchers, and giving a discount $165 instead of the $200+ to those who do not have vouchers. They are going to be busy and will not have rooms after wed- sat due to Thanksgiving. 2) They are holding a Thanksgiving Lunch/Dinner on Thursday by sponsor. So they are asking businesses and people who want to donate, to purchase a plate for $15 to give out to those in need. 1 Resort Drive, Asheville, North Carolina 28806
